How it Works

Understanding our services at Orease Waste is simple. As a partner community, you’ll be provided with an Orease Waste bin upon your move-in or initiation of service. Our valet teams take pride in servicing your door up to 7 nights a week, collecting your waste according to your community’s specific guidelines. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient waste collection experience right at your doorstep.

Trash tips are as follows:

All trash must be bagged and tied

No bags over 25lbs

All cardboard boxes must be broken down

Additional bags will be picked up (limit 3)

Pet waste must be double bagged

No broken glass or sharp objects

No oversized items (furniture, mattresses etc.)

  • How do I schedule a pickup for my container?
    To schedule a pickup for your container, simply log in to your account on our website and navigate to the pickup scheduling section. Follow the instructions provided to select a convenient date and time for the pickup.
  • What should I do if my trash was missed ?
    If your trash was missed, ensure it was placed out at the designated location and time. If so, contact customer service via phone or email, providing your address and the missed pickup date. We'll arrange a swift resolution, usually by the next business day. Apologies for any inconvenience.
  • What days does Orease Waste not service due to weather?
    At Orease Waste, we prioritize safety and do not provide services on days with severe weather like heavy rain, snowstorms, and extreme winds. We monitor forecasts and will notify clients of any cancellations or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
  • What should I do if all my trash bags do not fit in my trash can?
    At Orease Waste, occasionally you may have more trash than usual. If all your trash bags do not fit, please follow these steps: 1. **Consolidate Trash:** Compact trash before placing it in the bin. 2. **Additional Bags:** Place extra bags securely next to your trash can, tied tightly to prevent spillage. 3. **Notify Us:** Contact Orease Waste customer service about the overflow. We offer additional pick-up services or larger bins. 4. **Special Arrangements:** Schedule a special pick-up for large events or clean-ups. Our team is here to help with extra trash management needs.
